a cold and wintry night in 1963 Bob Leucht opened his first
little pizza shop. He only had one oven, two tables and twenty
dollars in his pocket. In those days in Owensboro, Kentucky,
the pizza pie was virtually unheard of. Had it not been for
college students, service men returning home, Bob going door
to door soliciting customers, and basically begging friends
and family, there would have been no dough. |
